In order to activate your warranty, ONETHATCH requires a min of 3 photos of your installation taken at different angles and a copy of your invoice. By submitting this form, you will also grant and authorize us the right to make use of these photos without payment or any other consideration. The pictures and invoice need to be submitted with this form to activate the applicable warranty within thirty (30) days of installation of the product, as per the terms and conditions of the ONETHATCH Limited Product Warranty.
