All our products are flexible to be produced in custom colors and textures.

ONETHATCH PALM
We extruded the HDPE plastic film for our ONETHATCH PALM in-house. This allows us to make the product in custom colors, textures and even incorporate recycled plastic in the production for your sustainability demands.
ONETHATCH REED
We are able to reproduce the realistic-looking of weathering textures and hollow character of water reed thatching.
BAMBOO PRODUCTS
All products are available in custom colors such as green, black or even transparent. Black spot finishes can be added to the product to replicate the aged bamboo's look and feel.

STEP1 - PLAN
Our capacity for customization is one of our greatest assets! We involve you in the entire planning process so that we fully understand what you hope to achieve. Armed with that understanding, we then develop a custom concept that includes our recommendations for materials, sketches, a 3D design, and an itemized quote for your review. This includes colors, textures, and every other aspect that will ultimately make the difference between ‘okay’ and ‘WOW!’
STEP2 - PROTOTYPING
Rapid Prototyping is the stepping stone to full production or engineering testing. It serves to provide a tangible 3D model that we can share with you to determine whether our design is still on target. We will work closely with you to further optimize product designs once you received our prototype. This practice allows us to discuss any issues or challenges that may surface.
STEP3 - MASS PRODUCTION
Our QC team will closely monitor the mass production process, and before shipment, we will conduct a final inspection. Plus, we received our first ISO 9001 certificate in 2010, and have been continuously enhancing our quality management systems since then. Over the years, the manufacturing discipline of ISO standardization has helped us maintain leadership in our industry.

At OneThatch, our R&D professionals enjoy designing and creating new products with our clients together. We can manufacture thatch tiles or bamboo wall panels in any designs, any colors, and also any textures. How does this unique customization service work? Send us an email and let’s talk.

1. Please instruct us on your desired product design. You can either send us your design sketches, pictures, or 3D design file.

2. Please advise us of your desired product details, such as material, color, quantity, and surface finishing. For example, you can also tell us either you want synthetic thatch panels to be Class A fire-retardant, or you want artificial bamboo poles in sundried color.

3. Our R&D specialists will begin to work on the prototype and send out photos to you for confirmation. As soon as you verified with us, we will send you a contract with all your product requirements and a competitive quote.

4. As soon as you authorized the purchase order with us, 50% of the total amount will be required as a downpayment. Once we received your deposit, we will ship the bamboo prototype to you by express shipping for additional confirmation. You can hire testing labs for additional quality verifications. If the test results of our thatch or bamboo products do not fulfill your needs, we will refund you.
