Because ONETHATCH designs, tools and moulds every product in its own factory in Xiamen, a large project does not have to fit the catalogue: we can change the colour, the size, the blend and, when the project justifies it, the mould. Standard colours and sizes ship in 1–2 weeks; custom work is quoted case by case.

Custom Synthetic Bamboo Colours: What Is in Stock and What Is Made to Order
Colours are pigmented through the ASA resin, so a cut end shows the same colour as the surface. The colour system passed 5,000 hours of ASTM G155 at Micom Laboratories, Canada (report MI-25-17428-1) and has kept its colour for six years on the Banyan Tree Maldives fence. Custom colours carry the same 20-year limited warranty. Poles can also be spray-painted on site without primer.

Custom Bamboo Fence Sizes: Three Supply Routes
ONETHATCH synthetic bamboo fencing is modular: 1900 mm high, built from 333 mm slat modules (five slats make a 1680 mm panel), on a powder-coated aluminium frame with 40 × 80 mm posts (80 × 80 mm where sections meet; 50 × 100, 100 × 100, Ø80 and Ø100 mm also available). When your boundary or courtyard does not divide into the module, choose one of three routes.

Custom synthetic thatch blends on large orders. ONETHATCH thatch ships in Sundried and Aged. On large orders the blend can be adjusted: ONETHATCH REED panels are assembled from strands in randomised colours and lengths, and the ratio of yellow, chocolate and light-tan strands can be shifted toward a fresher or a more weathered roof. We do not match thatch to a RAL number; we send a sample of the adjusted blend for approval first. Every blend is moulded from real leaves or reed, passed 5,000 hours of ASTM G155 and carries the 20-year limited warranty; an FR version is available.
Aluminium Bamboo, Pelupuh and New Moulds
Aluminium bamboo: custom diameters, bending and lamination. Aluminium bamboo is our line for shapes that resin cannot take: round tubes in Ø20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 100 mm (1.0 or 1.2 mm wall), baffle-ceiling tubes in Ø25–90 mm with a hanging system, and weaving strips for pavilions. Tubes are bent to your radius and laminated into curved screens, arches and ceiling baffles from your drawing. It carries a 6-year warranty on the standard coating and its colour lightens over time, so for outdoor screens in full sun we recommend ASA synthetic bamboo, warranted for 20 years. Pelupuh and new moulds: when the texture does not exist yet. Pelupuh, the hand-flattened split-bamboo cladding of Indonesia, was not in our catalogue until a resort project asked for it. We developed the mould from real flattened bamboo and now offer Pelupuh shingles for walls and roofs in Young, Sundried and Aged; it cannot be installed on curved roofs, so we ask for roof drawings before we quote. See Pelupuh. A new mould makes sense for a resort, a theme park or a chain that needs one texture across many buildings; for a single small structure the standard styles are the better choice.

Send drawings or photos, the area in m² and the location for a factory-direct quote. Large projects qualify for factory-direct pricing.
- Brief. Sketches, photos or a 3D file, plus material, colour, quantity, finish and whether you need the FR version. Incomplete is fine.
- Prototype. Our R&D team makes it, sends photos for approval, then ships the prototype for your confirmation and, if you wish, your own laboratory testing.
- Contract and production. Specification, quantity, price and delivery are confirmed in a contract. On your purchase order a 50% deposit is required; we then ship the prototype by express for your final confirmation, and you may have it tested by a laboratory of your choice. If the test results do not meet the agreed requirements, we refund you.
