Production lead time depends on the product: ONETHATCH PALM thatch takes under 7 days for 3,000 m² (the NIPA style is held in stock), REED and STRAW take 30 days for a 40 ft container, and bamboo fencing about 60 days from order confirmation. Lead times for other products are confirmed with your quote. Sea freight transit time varies by destination — approximately 30 days to the US, 50 days to Europe, and 60 days to Latin America or Africa. A confirmed production and shipping schedule is provided with every order.
Yes, in their FR versions. The FR versions of our synthetic thatch roofing are rated Class A to ASTM E108, and FR versions of our synthetic bamboo are available rated Class A to ASTM E84. These FR versions suit commercial hospitality venues, theme parks and public spaces where fire code compliance is required.
