ONETHATCH ships to more than 80 countries by sea freight in 20ft and 40ft containers. Air freight is available for smaller quantities and urgent timelines. Specify your destination country and project size in the enquiry form and we will confirm shipping options and estimated freight costs.

Production lead time is approximately 7–15 days from order confirmation. Sea freight transit time varies by destination — approximately 30 days to the US, 50 days to Europe, and 60 days to Latin America or Africa. A confirmed production and shipping schedule is provided with every order.

Yes. Our synthetic thatch roofing meets ASTM E108 Class A fire certification, and our bamboo fencing and panel products meet ASTM E84 Class A. These ratings make our products suitable for commercial hospitality venues, theme parks, and public spaces where fire code compliance is required. Yes. We provide standard export documentation with all shipments, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
