Create a woven bamboo ceiling or carry the same rich texture onto walls and bar fronts. ONETHATCH® synthetic bamboo matting combines a handwoven bamboo look with durable HDPE, making Teak a versatile decorative finish for tropical and contemporary spaces. Fixed to a backing board, the sheets make woven bamboo ceiling panels for lobbies, restaurants and tiki bars, or bamboo mat ceiling panels between exposed rafters.
The standard sheet measures 1.22 × 2.44 m. For orders under 500 m², Teak and Carbonized are the stocked colors and sheets are the standard format. Custom-cut lengths retain the standard 1.22 m width; rolls are intended for large projects.
Mount the matting on a suitable backing board, such as 4–6 mm plywood, following the installation guide. Use it on walls, ceilings and vertical furniture faces.
A 20-year limited warranty covers rot, delamination of the woven strands, UV degradation and, in the first 10 years, base-color fading. An ASTM E84 Class A fire-retardant version, which has also passed NFPA 286, is available to order; specify that version with your quote request. Shipping is quoted for your order quantity and destination.

Yes. Teak and Carbonized are held in stock in China for orders under 500 m², ready to ship as 4 × 8 ft (1.22 × 2.44 m) sheets. Walnut, Ebony, Golden Oak and bamboo matting rolls are made to order in 7–14 days.
Yes. Glue the sheets to a backing board such as 4–6 mm plywood with contact cement and add a staple every 30 cm (12 in); they then work as woven bamboo ceiling panels for an artificial bamboo woven ceiling, as bamboo mat ceiling panels between rafters, and on feature walls, bar fronts and vertical furniture faces. Divide the area by 32 sq ft (3.0 m²) per 4 × 8 ft sheet, then add an allowance for cutting. A 12 × 16 ft ceiling takes 6 sheets before that allowance; send us your plan and we’ll check the quantity with your quote.
Yes, in covered outdoor areas such as patios, porches, palapas and tiki bar canopies. The HDPE weave passed 5,000 hours of ASTM G155 accelerated weathering and does not soak up water or salty sea air, so salt and dirt wipe off.
